The People’s Senator and the 7 over 7 Victorious Senator of Anambra Central today, Saturday 10th of March 2018 matched along with Chief Romanus Orji (Ikeoha Agulu) to the funeral of his late mother-in-law, late Mrs Juliana Okoye and commiserated with the Okoye family of AWGBU, Orumba North LGA, Anambra State over the irreparable loss.
Senator Umeh and his wife, Chief Mrs Prisca Umeh (Osodieme) together with the TC Chairman of Anaocha LG, Hon Engr. Ikeobi Ejiofor, Prince Uche Oduche (Ikenga Ifitedunu) and a group of his supporters led by the chairman of Senator Victor Umeh campaign organization, Prince Emeka Udodeme joined a distinguished entourage of Ikeoha Agulu compromising of the Speaker of the state assembly, Rt. Hon Rita Maduagwu, traditional ruler of Agulu, Igwe Innocent Obodoako, the Deputy Speaker, Hon Harford Osekke, Hon Azubike Okoye (Anaocha 1 constituency), the President General of Agulu, Chief Andy Orakwelu (Ochendo Agulu) and many others in making the event worthwhile.
In his kind consolations, Ohamadike gave thanks to God for the fulfilled life lived by Juliana Okoye and to the family for the befitting burial accorded her pointing out that life is worth living right and exhaustively as it lasts but a while. He prayed God to admit her soul into His eternal glory and for divine consolation of the bereaved families.
The people’s joy were unhidden as they cheered him at every sight, embracing him and confessing to his uncommon roles in the sustenance of people-oriented governance present in Anambra State and to his elegance in deliberately executing his senate responsibilities.
