In the month of June 2016, I was privileged and honored to have received a detailed personal letter from the then outgoing British Prime Minister, The Right Honorable David Cameron MP.
The Rt. Hon. David Cameron had just a few days to go as the British Prime Minister having then announced his resignation a few days earlier, following the loss of the Brexit vote.
Cameron in his letter to me, predicted tough times ahead for the Country, ahead of The Rt. Hon. Theresa May’s Premiership.
Yesterday, as the campaign for the next General election in Britain under UK’s third Prime Minister since Brexit, The Rt. Hon. Boris Johnson MP, tagged the Brexit General election, builds up steam, I attended a previously scheduled meeting at Chatham House in London.
The Chatham House Rule is a system for holding debates and discussion panels on controversial topics, named after the headquarters of the UK Royal Institute of International Affairs, based in Chatham House London, where the rule originated in June 1927.
Each year, the Institute runs more than 300 private and public events, conferences, workshops and roundtables in London and Internationally with Partners.
I was most delighted after my prearranged meeting at Chatham House yesterday, to join the conversation that followed at Chatham House afterwards on Brexit.
